The grill works fine and it is a lot of fun BUT when it arrived it was not in a box or even wrapped in plastic.We had to touch it up with black paint because it was terribly scratched.I have never received anything that wasn't 'packaged.'Also,it is very very heavy so you need to be able to lift it and place it in a hole with concrete mix.Other than that,it is a nice grill. This grill is absolutely the best available. I researched the web and found the best price from Sportsman's Guide. It is the same dimension as the Park Service grills. It installed easily after digging the hole and concreting it in. It cooks great without concerns about who cooked dog poop before me! This is the best there is.
