It has legs that fit the diameter of the burner grates. I mean it "will not" move once its placed on the grates, and its not made of that cheap thin aluminum. It's made of "Cast Aluminum", which cooks your food evenly. Also, this grill has a fantastic grease reservoir! If the griddle doesn't say cast aluminum then you're wasting your money.
